Enjoy free shipping for orders over HK$400 after discount; for orders under HK$400, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged. All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Orders are generally shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation. The actual delivery, locker, or pick-up point notification time is subject to SF Express's system arrangements.

Orders will be shipped in SF standard boxes or with appropriate protective packaging to ensure the product and accessories remain intact during transit.

What Happens After Placing an Order
- After submitting your order, the system will record your contact information and pickup arrangements.
- Once payment is confirmed for the order, we will arrange packaging and shipping.
- After the package is handed over to SF Express, the actual delivery, locker, or pick-up point notification time will be updated by the SF Express system.
- Upon receiving the notification, please collect your package according to the selected method; if choosing a smart locker or pick-up point, please follow SF Express's instructions to complete the pickup.
Delivery Notice
Please confirm that the recipient's name, phone number, and pickup location details are correct before placing an order to avoid delays in shipping or pickup due to incorrect information.
