1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to your browsing, use, ordering, payment, delivery, and after-sales arrangements for the GadgetChing website. If there are additional terms for individual promotions, pre-order events, or specific products, such additional terms shall supplement these Terms.

2. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and inventory information on the website are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free, complete, or updated in real-time at all times.

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Product images are for reference only; the actual appearance, packaging, or accessories may vary slightly due to batch differences, brand arrangements, or display devices.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or correct information if prices or product information are clearly erroneous due to system errors, data entry errors, or other reasons.

3. Order Submission and Acceptance

After you submit an order, the system may issue an order confirmation notice, but this notice only indicates that we have received your purchase request and does not imply that the order has been formally accepted.

All orders are subject to payment confirmation, completeness of information, inventory availability, and logistics arrangements.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel orders if we find stock shortages, payment anomalies, incomplete information, incorrect pricing, or suspected unusual transactions.
If an order is cancelled and the relevant payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund or provide further notification based on the actual circumstances.

4. Payment Methods and Verification

This website offers various payment methods, and the actual available options are displayed on the checkout page. Some payment methods can be confirmed instantly, while others require manual payment verification before further processing of the order.

We accept major credit card payments processed through Shopify Payments, as well as local payment methods such as Airwallex, PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, and FPS (subject to availability).
To protect transaction security, we reserve the right to request payment records, transaction screenshots, or other reasonable information for verification purposes.
Orders will not enter the shipping process until payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery Arrangements

Currently, orders are primarily delivered by SF Express, supporting doorstep delivery, smart lockers, and self-pickup points, and are shipped in SF standard boxes or corresponding protective packaging.

Orders with a net value of HK$400 or more qualify for free shipping; orders under HK$400 will incur a shipping fee of HK$30.
Under normal circumstances, orders will be arranged for shipment on the next business day after payment confirmation.
Actual delivery, locker arrival, pickup point notification, and receipt times are subject to SF Express system arrangements and updates.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to the website's "Return and Exchange Policy." You should refer to the relevant policy page to understand the application period, processing conditions, non-applicable situations, and refund methods.

Generally, customers must submit an application within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds for discounted items.
If a refund application is approved, the refund will generally be returned to the original payment method or original payment account, and the actual arrival time of funds is determined by the relevant payment service provider.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when using this website and placing orders, and to properly safeguard your account, contact information, and payment information.

You must not use this website to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, system-interfering, or rights-infringing activities.
If the information you submit is incomplete or inaccurate, it may lead to order delays, cancellations, or inability to complete delivery.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all text, images, trademarks, layout design, data compilation, and other content on this website are owned by GadgetChing or relevant rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GadgetChing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this website, transaction delays, third-party service interruptions, data errors, logistics delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We strive to ensure stable website content and services, but we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, delayed, disturbed, or completely free of technical errors.
If any limitation of liability for products or services cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Terms Revision and Governing Law

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website and will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of this website after the update signifies your acceptance of such revisions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
