Application Period

Within 7 Days

Customers must submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. Late applications will not be accepted.

Return Condition

New and Complete

The product must be new, unused, and returned with its complete packaging, accessories, manual, and receipt.

Applicable Situations

Wrong Item or Non-Human Damage

If you receive the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or has obvious defects due to non-human causes, you may apply for an exchange or follow-up processing.

Inapplicable Situations

No Returns or Exchanges for Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Applications due to human damage, missing packaging, or used products cannot be processed.

What happens after approval

  • If the application is approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment account or method.
  • Under normal circumstances, refund processing takes approximately 7 to 10 business days. The actual crediting time depends on the payment service provider.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; if returned with freight collect, the relevant fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
